However, the software required to install, Logitech Gaming Software, is pure garbage, why? One, it gives you zero options to change the installation folder, forcing me to install to my Windows SSD, and to, because it goes to that directory, it forces the "read only" attribute. First and foremost, it's a very comfortable and sleek keyboard, it's my first mechanical keyboard and it was easy to get up and running. How is Razor? Is that better than Logitech?So, I just got the G910 Orion Spectrum keyboard in the mail the other day. I mean, its better for the sake of R&D to get products back in order to see what is wrong with them and make it better but they simply do not care. They never want something back but just send new stuff out. their customer support is pretty good though but its also very stupid. I'm done with this company poor quality and software devs. I was emailing back and forth with them but that led to nowhere. It crashed a lot and at some point it didn't show me any temp reading anymore. I also had issues with their arx control app on the smartphone. Also the lack of the quality of Logitech G products are becoming very taxing as i need to exchange every year my mouse, headset or keyboard because there always seems to be something wrong with it within a year. Now its the mouse skipping that is so annoying that i cannot even be compettitive in pvp or gaming in general. When i disabled this feature the game runs so much smoother. I had this before in metro last light when llcore was running in the background. also in games it causes lag or micro lag so to speak. I also have issues with g-hub and mouse cursor skipping.
